An entirely free festival that showcases some of the best talent in folk and all of its underground and more avant-garde forms. I met up with my good friends Robin Grey, Kate Denny, Rosemary Lippard and Jane South there and we spent a wonderful evening playing tunes (with both guitars as well!)

We then watched the incredible Blood on a Feather in a packed and stifling scout hut, a collaboration between folksinger Sarah Hepburn and Danish free-form guitarist Mikkel Elzer. They were incredible, pedals galore, bowed guitaring that sounded like a flock of birds, beautiful lo-fi vocals created a wonderful ambience to send us to sleep…

Sunday brought with it beautiful weather and great music.
